1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

i'm fairly new to the styleforum but not to the sport of shopping..since i started to enter here i've learned about many sites for good buys other than ebay..i've bought many items on ebay but never clothing..aside from the pleasure of shopping handson in a store i'm concerned about fit..i'm rather particular as i'm sure the rest of you are..i'd like to know if you have a lot of cause for returning items that either don't fit to your satisfaction or don't appeal to you upon closeup inspection(either quality-wise or aesthetically)..here in the Big Apple there always bargains to be found but some of the deals online seem too good to pass up..

    arvi -

Go to the pinned post "Glossary of terms/ Best posts/FAQ."  There you'll find a post by A. Harris called "How to measure suits for eBay."  That should answer your concerns about fit when buying online.
