3-4 times. Depending on how busy he is. He did not take new customers this trunkshow.
That's really cool of him to come to NY just to service current commissions. I am definitely going to give him a try next time he's here. What's his turnaround on a jacket for a new person, 1 year? And what about his ulster - 1 year, if you have any idea. Thanks.

2 fittings are required for first time. So will probably take around 9 months to a year.

I had the second fitting for my Polo Coat tonight. There are over 50 pictures this time so it will probably take until Wednesday before I got that sorted out.

However, I would like to give you one sneak peak with the hands down best pic of the evening "when you and your tailor are having fun during a fitting":

As mentioned, I had the 2nd fitting for my new brown polo coat on Monday evening. The fabric is 100% KHAN cashmere from H&S, I posted a pic of it earlier in this thread for sure.

This was one of the most joyful fittings I ever had. As you can tell from the pictures, both my tailor and me had lots of fun and sometimes we got caught with stupid looks on our faces :p

Front/side view before any further adjustments:

Collar is a point of attention obviously:

Left shoulder will get taken in/narrowed a tad and reworked in general a little bit (not sure why I look so stressed there...):

Even had a check with putting a scarf on - and again facial expression is 11/10 from both of us there:

Two more pics after all the adjustments are marked. On the second pic you can see that the whole left shoulder/neck seams were taken out and that part was re-adjusted:

Late edit: totally forgot a pic from the inside of the coat...
