    I have only heard good things about Robin from Swedes who have used him, for what it’s worth. One should also consider that things change over time, and that he’s still pretty new at this. I use another tailor though, simply for stylistic reasons and convenience.

    The lesson here is that consistency is incredibly important in today’s business environment, due to social media etc. Consistency is, of course, also a reasonable expectation from the customer side given the prices involved. It’s a strong reason for using the guys I do.

    Edit: checked the comments in the PS post. Enforces the point that you simply cannot leave unhappy customers when you are an artisanal business with discerning customers who are willing to pay a lot and have the right to expect good results. Social media can destroy you, and this is not the first time it’s happened in this business either.

    I have done everything from pants and jackets to shirts with Robbin and could not be happier with the result. When I talked to him in December, he said he had ended the collaboration with BnT... Sad.

    never heard of Saint Gregory... Will use the google-machine :colgate:
