Dear Sirs, As the Romantics lamented the loss of beauty, one today must take appropriate and hardy measure to lament the loss of order for you colonials have lost sight of anything decent and upstanding, of valour, and discretion. Certainly, the most important distinction here within and forthwith, is proper attire. One takes note of filth mongers in sweating-suits with Rolex timepieces and the improper establishments of Messrs. Ronald & McDonald and Messrs. Burger & King operated under the swarthy gazes of foreigners whereupon not even proper tea can be had for a pittance. And furthermore, one takes exclusive offence over the immeasurably foolish methods your (falsely) democratically elected leaders in dispatching themselves onto the Arabian shores. Indeed, it takes less than a newspaper boy to realize that something is not quite tip-top. And should one even merit a negatory commitment towards critical comparisons of contemporary military attire? The disdain is apparent and the lack of disdain in the public even more apparent; and dear sirs, it takes a proper eye to distinguish the mess from the mess jacket. All yours etc.,

I prefer something like this as far as proper attire for a military man:

Dear Sir, While one appreciates fully and amicably your pictorial contribution of a rustic military man, it should be noted with interest his numerous arms and accompanying munitions for only a Slavic would display such trifles with such ostentation. And for the international tastes among here in this organ of discussion, one presents the Nawab of Bhopal:

They were rather like a collective of boiled owls darting here and about--one was reminded of the televised event known as the red carpet 'Oscars'. Yet, one noted with some tiny sliver of appreciation that certain sales-help at various large stores were at least attired in something resembling proper garments. One must make the occassion to state one possesses the esthetic nuance to respect progressive designer-wares in addition to proper gentelman's suitings. Indeed, in one's earlier life, monies were spent at the SEX boutiques of one Miss.Vivienne Westwood and one Mr.Malcolm McLaren; however, one's footwear were always bespoke at N.Tuczek or Wildsmith.

Dear Sir,

It takes an Hungarian to start an endeavour as intimately named as this one.

Dear Sir,

one wonders from where your electronic postings are beeing dispatched, Mr. Labelking. Are you located indeed in the City, good Sir, where, my timepiece tells me, it is time to retire from elevenses?

Or are you dipatching from the shores of the Pacific Ocean, from the state of California? A proper Gentleman needs his sleep, don't you think, old boy?

You are indeed right, Sir.

Four decades and seven years ago, a Democrat was the last ruler of that land to wear proper Morning Dress for his inaugural ceremony.

And the commander-in-chief has no military uniform of any kind, while Field Marshal Charles wore one, complete with sword, when he married his first wife with such pomp and ceremony.

Yes, at the next inaugural ceremony, all the senators will be properly dressed in sheikh clothing while the first lady wears a proper face mask as her spouse becomes the first Black and Moslem president. No pork, please. And the title of the best-selling sartorial book will be How To Dress Like A Sheikh.

why is it that people like to look good when they fight? it's ridiculous. going down in glory is still going down. where i'm from, people do not cut their hair or take care of themselves in any way other than trimming fingernails while at war. that is why we win.

A Slavic indeed sir. But one must keep in mind that these men must be ready to kill at a moment's notice. They do not sleep in the comfort of Jehan Numa Palace, but in the trecherous Balkan mountains.
