Fellow stylish gentlemen-- I've been browsing the forums for a year or so, and have made a couple of purchases; now it's time to clear out the closet, the space under the bed, and the closet annex (also known as the basement). Most of these are eBay purchases that ended up not fitting right; a few are just things I'm looking to pass on to a good home. (And you'd be helping to support my upcoming trip to New York, where I will undoubtedly buy more stuff...) I've tried to make my asking prices reasonable, taking into consideration age, condition, supply/demand, etc. But if you are interested in something, please feel free to make me an offer and we can talk. All prices include shipping; in most cases I will be able to ship the next business day after receiving payment. Please, shipping is to US addresses only, and please use the PayPal "personal payment' option, or add 3% to cover the fees. I have 100% feedback on eBay as both buyer and seller; if you'd like to check me out over there, just look up my seller name djtic. Household info: two adults, both nonsmokers; no children, so no drool or anything like that to be concerned about; one dog, but I can assure you she has not worn any of this stuff. In all seriousness, I store most of my shoes in their boxes, so it's unlikely there would be any dog hair present, but I'll wipe everything down before mailing just in case. It it says "no box" then that's how I got the shoes, but I do have some spare boxes I can use if you want one, and I have plenty of packing materials, so the shoes will be well protected in transit. To avoid having to post tiny images here, I've uploaded all the images to a Picasa album, which you can find here: http://picasaweb.google.com/115883776475995444449/StyleForumPicsShoes?authkey=Gv1sRgCOq7ppK64JXGXg# All the images are together in one album, but I have labeled each image and arranged them in the same order as this listing, so it shouldn't be too confusing. I'll be adding a few more pairs of shoes that I forgot to take pictures of. I'm also planning to add some clothing--sportcoats, pants, shirts, etc. in bigger sizes--check back for a link. And check out this Gitman dress shirt I've posted on behalf of a friend: http://www.styleforum.net/showthread...91#post3734491 Thanks for looking, and please contact me with any questions. 1. Alden CDI black split toe with Goodyear lug sole, 10.5 E/EEE. Yeah, I know. I had high hopes for these, got them from eBay last fall but they are WAAAY too big for me, would fit at least an 11, probably more like an 11.5. Since I've never been able to wear them, the condition is as received. Plenty of wear left in these. No box. $75. 2. Allen Edmonds Wilbert lace-ups, black, 10.5D. Took a chance on eBay, learned that I needed them in wide. Worn once by me (that was a painful day), some wear before I got them. No box. $60. 3. Bass Weejuns, USA made, burgundy, 11 E. Wide enough, but too long. Age? When did Bass stop making these in the US? Probably at least 10 years old, maybe 15. No box. $35. 4. Sebago penny loafers w/rubber soles, USA made, burgundy, 11D. Another eBay find, supposedly only tried on, I wore them maybe 4-5 times before deciding they just weren't wide enough. Age unknown, guessing 10 years or so. No box. Compared to the Weejuns, these run a little shorter in length. I like the color of these better than the Weejuns, too. $35. 5. Banana Republic black side-zip boots, made in Italy, 11D. These are really nice boots from I believe fall '07, bought on silly sale discount (orig price was ~$170) but just a bit too narrow for me. Worn only 3-4 times. I do not have the original box for these. $40. 6. Timberland "Palladian" black bicycle toe oxfords, 11D. Barely worn, maybe twice. Not sure what I was thinking, bought these at Lord & Taylor about two years ago in search of a decent shoe-sneaker hybrid (I've since given up). $30. 7. Lands' End tan suede bucks, 11D. Bought spring of this year, worn maybe 3 times, nice but not wide enough. Retail is $80 new. $30.
