Doesn't the eBay auction listing shown in the picture give you some details about the brand and so on?

If so, can't you use that to search for the shoe?

It says "Jim Harvey Chelsea Boots", but I can't find them in the whole whide internet. Actually I can't find any Jim Harvey shoes so I think it must be a mistake.

Why on earth would you need elasticated sides and laces? That boot looks like it can't decide what it wants to be...

I dont really like (chelsea) boots without laces and I dont care about if it has elastic sides or not.

I just wanna know the frickin name of the shoe.
maybe its some cheap no name stuff and I never gonna know...
