I wouldn't. I think it looks good and give the shoes an added pop. I'm not one for brands but that green really contrasts well with the all white shoe.

Baron, tretorn? Was just about to suggest them. I got the black low ones, canvas with leather lining. I love them.

You are correct. I like the looks of these a lot, but they have absolutely zero padding and can be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time if you're going to be doing a lot of walking/standing on concrete. Or maybe that's just because I'm getting old.

Well, I don't think any of these canvas plimsole-inspired/classic canvas shoes offer much support at all. I had to put special insoles into my chucks. They hurt like hell without them. Lets see how the tretorns fare. Luckily I get to try them indoors at work first. I am old.

Yeah, that's what I'm wearing... except I tucked in the shirt to show the belt/jeans. Not really seeing anything unusual...

The crotch does look a little off but it might just be the photo. It sort of looks like there might be some extra room in the waist and the belt is pulling the front two belt loops towards the center a bit.

Yeah my waist size is smaller than it was when I got these so I have to cinch the belt fairly tight to keep them at my true waist. I usually sag them more when I don't have my shirt tucked in.

They seem pretty solid. The canvas is top notch and they are comfortable. On the other hand, you are paying a premium ($105 CAD), as far as canvas sneakers go.

I was thinking the same thing. Might do that for a 2nd pair that I'll buy when they will probably be heavily discounted in the next few months.
