well yes, i was about to go to the gym... but goddamnit is the hoodie really that bad? i def. agree that the shoes are way too bright and obnoxious for that fit.

I'm kinda just trying to be an asshole. [IMG] It's a good 'everyday' type of look.

This style of photoshopping is rather annoying(read: hideous). I really wish you would stop doing it because I'm guessing at the very least it changes the tone/hue of what the clothes look like in real life.

Also I think the shirt would look better if you took in the sleeves.

Check your monitor!, colors are in the ball park. Only Photoshop edit is "Shadow/Highlight +/- 10% to add some contrast. What do you expect, photo's free isn't it?.

Indeed, and he knows nothing of which he speaks.

this is nice. very 'distinguished casual'....the cargos look to fit very well and they arent anything like a normal cargo pant, which is good.

Your shirt has a nicely prominent collar roll too, almost a bit too aggressive of a roll, but that's ok

Thanks for the positive feedback to you and the others. The feedback for this thread has been blunt but dead on. It also made it easy to focus on some tweaks.

    "distinguished casual"...I like that!

These cargos are unique. Cucinelli does wonderful trim pants with cool details. I may wear these next week with a trim blue blazer and suede dirty bucks.

The collar, well, that is Borrelli! I ordered about 5 shirts and they all came in with an even more aggressive roll. They sent them back to Italy to move the buttons! (WTF they couldn't do it in NYC?) And, they came back with a slightly improved but none the less aggressive roll.

^^^ Sleeves def. look better rolled up higher.

That was helpful feedback. It was such an easy tweak and yet so effective. No longer will I do the "forearm roll". It gives an improved silhouette with trim pants.

    pocket: nice shoes y0.

Thanks! These are a favorite of mine. A friend calls them my "Vintage Italian Bowling Shoes". It is a nice casual dressy look. I often wear them with a sport jacket.

I'd definately place myself within the category of average, especially as most of my posts are during work hours and everything I wear is relative to my work environment, working in dye houses, laundries, sew shops, it can get pretty messy so a jean x tee combo is my daily uniform.

I'd have to say that 3/10 for a pink tee with an evil bunny emblazoned across the front, JP jeans in a pretty decent wash and Con's is a tad harsh......but reluctantly accepted because your posts are always fair.[IMG]

I sometimes fail to put everything I am thinking in a post, for instance when I 'critiqued' your fit I found it weak in comparison to 98% of the things you generally post pics of. A 3 was harsh, but I suppose I feel I can follow your lead and give my honest constructively intended opinion.

here is me trying something that might very well be lame...

Going back to Philly, Philly, Philly... (why didn't the irony of that song just hit me until now? Hopefully you've made it your ringtone while in LA.)

Welcome to the club! [IMG] By the way, anyone else feels like this thread's on another track the last few days? More constructive criticism, less constructive bullshit? Hope I'm not jinxing it but it's beginning to feel good to post again.

    Pocket,

Good improvements and interesting pants. The waist of your shirt looks pretty huge for MTM -- is there a lot of fabric hiding in the back?

    Phat Guido,

I'm a big fan of your fits in general -- great fabrics on your suits, especially -- but the latest watch seems excessively bulky. I wonder how it will look a few years down the road when the mega-watch trend has died down.
