    And one who got a new job with a 20% raise and turned down a counter offer by his current employer to create/tailor a position to my liking and give me a 30% raise...

    Your hair looks nice. I can't stand those kind of belts, makes me think of thrift stores (in a bad way). Shirt seems ok (though I don't like how you rolled the cuffs), but the pants look awful. I would choose slim navy chinos and a braided leather belt. And the pants worn at the hips, not at the waist.

    Yes, they knew I wanted to be more in the "buying" side of things than in wholesale. So they were willing to help me out and give me that title working with our retail stores (vs. independted wholesalers) in basically planning/allocating/"buying from ourselves" as to what they'd carry. However, I told them I am not that big of a fan of the company nor the merchandise so the money wasn't the factor for me.
