1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

^ you sound like a nice guy. welcome to the forum!

Also, try to use sentences and paragraphs. Welcome!

    thnx for the welcome [IMG]

Cool, welcome to the forum, I suggest staying away from the luxury brands as a college student, you can certainly look good on a budget if you're reasonably proportioned and know where to shop, try to look at the lower end stuff as you will still be able to have some variety within your budget, brands like H&M, American Apparel, Gap, Uniqlo, J.crew. Fit is the most important thing in the world, once you've got that you can start thinking about the colours and styles that you like and that work for you. Don't be afraid to talk to a tailor and get things taken in (which I'm sure you will do as you seem as skinny as me).

thanks, unfortunately we dont have h&m, AA,uniqlo etc...here in PR ( that i know of) but yeah thnx for the tips [IMG] and yeah im real skinny ~113 and im 6'0 and its a pain in the @$$ to find stuff that fits nice, so i think ill be go to the tailor more often now. [IMG]

    Just a few general tips:

    1. Either roll your sleeves up or down. IMO rolling the sleeve once looks like shit.
    2. Hem your pants and your shirt sleeve, they are too long (don't worry if you're on a college budget, these are both pretty cheap alterations)
    3. Get new shoes and belt, in brown. The black clashes with your pants.
    4. Look into new black shoes (though not for this outfit). I can't make out the detail, but the ones you have on look pretty damn inelegant

I don't usually comment on WAYWT, since I don't really give two shits what others wear, but since you asked for advice, that is what immediately comes to my mind. Hope that at least gets you headed in the right direction.

thanks a lot for the tips, really appreciate it [IMG]

And the belt buckle is ridiculously pretentious.
haha thats the only belt i have in black and i use it for casual wear and stuff, so i need to buy a simpler more elegant one.

To add on: never buy square toed shoes. Ever.
    haha why??

but i bet you the girls think you look really fly in PR!! No worries, my neighbors all dress up like that when they go to parties. Its the norm around here. Just buy clothes that fit, even if its boring and not fashionable, you will still be fine. have fun.

    Dan,
I'd really recommend starting a workout schedule. I lot of the younger guys here (wmmk, kodiak, etc. sometimes myself included) have a hard time getting a good fit because we are thin. I'm slowing gaining body mass because I swim and play water polo and I really think getting in shape will help clothes fit a lot better. Inexpensive brands will have less trendy(read: baggier) cuts and just gaining weight will allow you to buy clothes from places like j. crew, gap, etc. that fit well.

Depends on the club, I'd say.
You got some desert boots? If not just stick with the vans or chucks.

^^ Yeah and if you've already gotten into zara you are a couple steps ahead. Might want to try H&M, too. It is about the same price range but with better pieces, IMO.

It's not as easy to gain weight as some people think. It can be just as hard for a skinny person to gain weight as it is for a fat person to lose weight.

I always had a difficult time gaining weight. If you want to gain weight, Ensure Plus will do it. Just eat a regular meal then drink one of them, once daily. I had typhoid one summer and dropped below 130 (I'm 6'2")! I went up to normal in a few months following this regimen.

Based off his photo, it looks like he has the structure to gain weight really easily, neck is pretty thick and shoulders are pretty decent. But danracer seems pretty young (based off the braces), and if he sticks to a decent weight training program, his size will come with age.

I consider it Streetwear steeze since it's all tight and improperly MC proportioned and stuff.

I'd go as far as saying it's more hard to gain weight than lose it. At least the good kind of weight.
