Actually, do you think that the hoodie might shrink with a warm water wash/tumble dry? It's 100% cotton, so...

(Also I pretty much just got it in the mail so)

warm wash and tumble drying may change the shape too - even if the care instructions say that the item is washable. But I know - sometimes you choose to take the risk

Also (while it may not be the ideal length for SF) I think the length looks good on you.

Update! I just snagged a rust-colored jantzen on ebay for seven dollars, shipped. It's listed as a "size small." Do they even do generic sizes? So whether or not it fits is up in the air. If it does, though. Total planet alignment shit going on right there.

I'm most positive that shirt does not come from the HK-based Jantzen this forum is enamored with, but this now-shutdown Jantzen Knitting Mills in Portland, OR. I run into the latter all the time while thrifting, and I knew someone here would eventually make that mistake.

    This one.

I stopped by the MMM store yesterday and tried on one of the blazers. They have two different fits, a slim and a regular. I tried on one of the slim ones and it was great. I'll return at sale time :p

Are J. Crew's jackets true to size?

In my experience yes. They probably air more on the side of larger than smaller for reference though.

Were both cuts under the 10 line?

    43. I'm those sizes too and i bought a pair of cp highs in 44 and they were certainly a size too big. I also know other people your size as well who wear 43. Take care

Are wide belts out? I was thinking about this brown belt. Thoughts? If not, any suggestions on where to get good belts that won't break the bank?

^ Looks bad, very bad. Leather seems thin and the distressing is ugly.

As for good belts, check out Filson belts at Crane Country Store, a forum affiliate.
