Made a pot of pumpkin soup to feed a guest that’s (mostly) vegan. Used vegetable stock and coconut milk as substitutes for the chicken broth and cream I usually use. African peanut soup was requested but I won’t make it without turkey and I’m the one cooking, so my rules.
