Red sauce from canned San Marzanos and baked the meat balls then into the sauce to simmer. Infused olive oil with sliced garlic and basil before adding the tomato puree. Tossed the basil.

Who eats only one rib??

I had three or four, counting the bits of the ones my kids didn’t finish. I’m not a heavy eater.

I start the infusion without heating the olive oil. Get in in cold then medium temp to wilt the basil (which I toss) and bring the garlic to golden before adding the tomato puree.

looking for a propane turkey fryer burner , any faves ?

would need to have at least ~12" working surface and preferably stout BTU , could be either a dedicated turkey fryer unit or another kind of portable burner that would support boiling water . ( i won't be running oil this is more for crab feed type application )

recommendations appreciated !
