It was just ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, oregano, garlic, greektown seasoning, cumin and parsley. Probably could have used part ground lamb, but this was easier.

Well that just sounds like a meatball with extra steps.

What is everyone making for superbowl?

i have some wings dry brining in the fridge to fry up tomorrow (some will be buffalo some bbq, some with rosemary and garlic). Bottom round also dry brining for some hot roast beef sandwhiches / french dips.

planning to also try the serious east potato cups with bacon, cheese, and chives.

You should’ve went with Fosters, Australian for beer, or Miller High Life, the champagne of beers.

Not making anything as I'm neither hosting nor attending a super spreader event. :(

Last night I did scampi. Herbs were fresh parsley and tarragon, topped with butter toasted panko crumbs. The best part is soaking up the leftover sauce with freshly baked bread.

this looks perfect. I have never tried with tarragon but it makes so much sense.
Next time try this and sub in langoustines.

Also - to be clear, no super spreader event here either. Just my wife and two boys. Trying to maintain a semblance of normalcy.

high life is by far my favorite lawn mower beer. Has to be ice cold and in a bottle. Reminds me of working in a catering hall and we would put a case in the walk in packed in a mop bucket with ice for when the night was over (or almost over).
