From-scratch iron skillet pizza. Gives you a fluffy, bready crust with a crisp underside. Zero turkey involvement.

Okay here's what we got:

Herb-crusted roast pork shoulder with apple + onion gravy.
Roasted potatoes.
Honey thyme carrots
Chili garlic Brussels sprouts.
Homemade sourdough dinner rolls.

Only wish I roasted the potatoes for longer, but the pork was so easy and the gravy is outta dis world.

As long as there is still some smoking involved. You know there are deviants who will boil/steam ribs and then just slap some sauce on and be like, yay done?

I made pumpkin cornbread. It turned out alright... I may have used too much yeast.

But, all in all it was a pretty good spread. We picked up the turkey, sweet potato souffle, macaroni and cheese, and green beans from a local caterer. The rest we made. It was me, my wife, my 4-year-old son, and my in-laws who live 15 minutes away. We really only interact with each other anymore during the pandemic. Here are some select photos:

Not pictured: macaroni and cheese, green beans, smoked turkey, FIL's ham, potato salad, yams...

We made/bought way too much food. Oh well, Thanksgiving leftovers are always good, and there are a ton of them this year.
