I made Kenjis okonomiyaki recipe last night for dinner. No pics so I won't post in the dinner thread. Should have crisped things up a bit more but it was very good.

Made dashi for the recipe and used the leftover kombu for simmered kombu. Highly recommend making that if you also prepare dashi.

Bought the Japnese in 7 cookbook highly recommended from me. Except i learned I've been making soba wrong the whole time so thats fun.

Made this recipe and topped it on soba with arugula a hybrid of two recipes in the book. Recommend this too.
