Ed those look great! This is my new mental image of youI think I have my dough recipe down pat. Pretty happy with my sauce. The crust is not as well done as I like and the cheese is cooked a smidge more than I like but I think I’ll fix that when I get perforated pans. I also can now make an almost perfect circle with the dough, but the process I take to get there would make a pizza guy cringe.
