I think I have my dough recipe down pat. Pretty happy with my sauce. The crust is not as well done as I like and the cheese is cooked a smidge more than I like but I think I’ll fix that when I get perforated pans. I also can now make an almost perfect circle with the dough, but the process I take to get there would make a pizza guy cringe.

Is that a morning glory type water spinach?

It could be, i don't know what it's called.
She used this,

And spinach. She also added extra Chili. it was an inerpretation of a classic Thai dish. The addition of Aussie beef was to make it a meat and veg complete meal. The original is all vegetables.

That looks like bok Choy. Great stuff that I also love to sauté.

Made more focaccia today and it was stellar. Dinner was a wagyu ribeye I sliced up or the two of us, sauteed mush, roasted carrots, and some focaccia.
