I cooked and puréed a small pumpkin, and roasted the seeds while I was at it. These were prepared with butter, sugar, and cinnamon powder.

It turned out way better than I thought it would. The ajitama (eggs) were super tasty after soaking in the a tare all night. I made onion, ginger, garlic infused aroma oil. Different tare, total umami bomb, for the soup. Pork chashu was melt in your mouth with charred bits from broiling it. I sprinkled the crispy onion/garlic/ginger bits from infusing the aroma oil on top too.

So ******* good. The mouth feel was incredible. Noodles from Sun Noodles in Honolulu. I'll make my own noodles next time.

Used my griddle just last weekend to crank out some naan. Pancakes look great.
