Saw a commercial for Mortal Engines. Man, that looks like junk. Probably cool visuals, but terrible story. Which come to think of it, describes pretty much every Peter Jackson movie for the last decade or so.

That was a pretty evident problem right away with the Infinity War ending, just from the titles that had already been announced. Seemed pretty likely that they weren't going to just throw away the properties for Spiderman, Dr Strange, and Black Panther after already starting production of sequels.

No one thought everyone would stay dead when reading the original Infinity Gauntlet comic either. That didn't distract from it being a great story that's considered a classic.

Into the Spider-Verse is easily the best Spider-Man movie since Spider-Man 2 hit the theaters 14 years ago. It really is that good. I can't recommend it enough.

What about Homecoming you say? Amature hour compared to what they pulled off here.
