I would like to see a giant kangaroo box a T-Rex
One more complaint about Daredevil - I think episode 11.
Spoiler: Warning: Spoiler!
When Wesley was interrogating Karen, alone in a room, before she kills him, he was basically delivering Agent Smith's "Two Neo's" speech in the beginning of the Matrix. That was really annoying. Unless, like the "Oldboy" sequence in episode two, it was a deliberate nod to those who have come before, in which case I can be more forgiving but I want proof that it was on purpose.
Don't forget velociraptors also had feathers.
Big Bird running around eating people doesn't play as well on film though.
Correct me if I'm wrong but Potter did say the costume wasn't done right? I'm pretty sure that's just Marvel's way of modifying it if he pops up again. The one thing I don't like about his costume is the eye ridges give off a kind of derp-y vibe.
Perhaps against a single raptor but against an intelligent pack.....
Tis size of the beak
I doubt they were more intelligent than current pack animals. A bullet shot scares the hell out of any current pack animals and will disperse them, at least temporarily. I can't imagine Velociraptors were that much smarter than wolves or hyenas.
I loved the whole series from start to finish with the last few minutes of episode two being the highlight.
Regarding the suit, everyone knew it was coming. No way they were going to go on forever with his Dread Pirate Roberts look. This is a Marvel comic show and they have shown no fear in embracing outlandish costumes on screen.
As for how fluid he looked it it, I thought it was when he fought Kingpin. Given that he only used it for a single episode at the end, they really haven't had much time to make adjustments for movement either. See how he looks in season two. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they fixed and shortcomings you picked up on when he fought.
Finally watched the new Fantastic Four trailer the other night. It looks like a disaster. Completely off tone for the team. I'm standing by my belief that this film will bomb and Fox eventually gives up on the franchise. Makes a trade to Marvel/Disney that gives them the rights back to the FF in exchange for more cannon/characters that might prove useful for their mutant films.
"‘Daredevil’ Renewed for Season 2 With New Showrunners"
"Marvel Officially Announces CAPTAIN MARVEL Writers"
Excellent news about a second season.
Hmmm. New showrunners. That could either end up being great or it could be a disaster of a change.
It looks like the new ones helped out substantially with the first season, so it's not an entirely new production crew.
I actually laughed when daredevil's suit was shown. It is, as stated above, derpy.
The only saving grace is that the dude who made it for him said it wasn't a finished product so hopefully the show will take advantage of that.
Really? Other then some of the details for the face on the mask, I thought it was fairly well done. Plus they provided a rational explanation on why he needed it within the narrative of the story. Unlike most Heros it didn't amount to "let's see if I can come up with a cool suit that goes with my chosen name."
Separate names with a comma.
