Let's make Wolverine a transsexual Navajo in a wheelchair for the next

Actually, that was one of Chris Claremont's original X-Men, along with Wolverine (a Canadian), Storm (an African), Colossus (a Russian), and Banshee (a redhead).

* Yeah, I'm not sure how you can say they've made no female superhero movies except the ones they've made? :puzzled:

They've been trying to make several for years, including Wonder Woman. There was also Buffy and Dark Angel on the small screen, and the two Kick-Ass movies were only nominally about that one guy...

Seems like there were others... IMO, best female characters are all bound up in teams, though.

*** Would probably give anything to have an Alias movie with Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, second billing. Failing that, a Spider-Woman/Jessica Drew + Nick Fury movie would own. Failing that, a Netflix series about Maria Hill.

**** I hated Sam Jackson as Fury, just because it's Sam Jackson as Sam Jackson. I'd be cool with any great actor immersed in the role, provided they did it right and put the chalk around his temples.

***** POWERS has been out for awhile now, I think. No discussion?! (I'm scared to watch).

^ Not sure if you've heard but they are doing Netflix series for both Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. Due next year, I believe.

:wow: Dude! Really? How! Thought that was killed years back, after endless trying. Figured Powers would have just replaced it, for some reason.

This is excellent news. :fistbump:

Buffy was a feature length film before it was a TV show. So I guess that counts.

I don't expect it to be great but I think it'll be at least fun to watch.

Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and IronFist will be done as separate series then all four characters will be combined as The Defenders.

Aside from the first Jurassic Park I have never gotten those movies. A 30.06 or two from a bolt action rifle can take down just about any living land animal, and a harpoon can kill a blue whale - the largest ******* animal to have ever existed. I just don't get the problem. You don't bring a knife to a gunfight and you don't bring a pellet gun to a dinosaur hunt. Pretty simple, really. Such crap.

So has anyone read about this MAJOR Force Awakens spoiler? Not sure I believe it. Seems too dark for Disney

Kylo Ren kills Han Solo halfway through the movie

Supposedly in the script

The dinosaur the velociraptor was based on averaged 160 pounds. The ones in the movie might have been closer to 300, but even then you can take something that size, like a small elk, with a rifle and ammo you can get over the counter at Wal-Mart. The estimates are velociraptors could get up to 40mph, elk can get up to 45 (4 legs being faster than 2).

Where's Cranesey?
