A lot of internet fan casting is dumb, but this could actually work. The Maker is one of Marvel's best new villains in decades. He's Reed Richard's from an alternate universe that went full villain mode after breaking. Why not cast him in the MCU with an actor who played Reed Richard in the past? I'm in.

Dude does have a punchable face so he would be a great villain.

Can't stand Miles Teller...

The only thing I want to see him cast in is nothing.

I’m not a fan of the actor. It just makes sense. You get the nostalgia play and the internet seems into it. If the character ever shows in the MCU I doubt he would have a huge role. So why not?

When I first became aware of him it was from an article about him in a magazine where the lead-in was that he had a reputation for being kind of an a-hole in real life, and he just shrugged and admitted it. So I've never been a fan.

I have heard the same, he's Tobey Maguire-ish...

Y'all are taking this way too seriously. The MCU does these stupid cameos all the time. Remember Hercules? I think most people fancasting him see it as just that and not anything major for the films.

I do remember Hercules. Whatever happened to that? Wasn't he supposed to show up as an antagonist at some point?

Orrrrrr...maybe you're not taking this seriously enough?!??! Huh? Huh?

Maker is a top-tier villain in the comics at this point so maybe you are right.

I'm all for Hercules showing up, as long as Tobey Maguire or Miles Teller are not playing him.
Or Jesse Eisenberg...
He's such a dick.

Depends on what direction they go with Thor. I expect maybe one more movie at this point?

He was a post-credit thing in Love and Thunder.
