    I'm cautiously optimistic about The Flash. Yes, CW shows tend to have a sameness about them, (extremely good looking angsty twentysomethings) but their ratings standards for a hit are so low that they're willing to give a show a chance to develop. Unlike, say, Fox- where they'll kill a show after a few weeks, despite any sort of potential.

    Yes, I'm still slightly bitter about Firefly...

    We're working on a TV budget here (broadcast TV at that, not even basic cable) so I'm going to go ahead and say things are gonna look super cheap but cloaked in shadows and shit to not make it so obvious. I would actually welcome some cheesy editing ala Smallville

    Getting all emotional here, but that could have been one of my favorite Smallville scenes, ever. Still remember the first time seeing that.
