I think the list needs to be updated..

IIRC denimbar is no longer an affiliate. As well, Roden Gray and Secret Service should be added.. not sure if there are any other missing affiliates.

I think it would also be good to clarify what brands SF discount does not apply to. I.e. APC, BoO, EG, SC, etc.

Selfedge ships free worldwide AFAIK, and pretty much everyone else has reasonable rates.
