I agree, but I don't think it was the worst part in an overall bad movie.

The lightsaber is apparently no longer a tool of the Jedi but is rather a tool of any bum that picks one up. I was just waiting for Big Deal to start deflecting blaster bolts with that thing.

But, but... then you couldn't have advertising material showing him with the saber, setting everybody up for the big OMG moment when they realise he isn't the jedi after all - she is! (OMG, I literally can't even, etc...)

As exemplified by the diversity of X-wing fighter pilots in flight, cutting from the white Porkins II, to an asian, to a black pilot in the span of two seconds.

It's not this was the first (or second) time they've done that in a Star Wars movie. They were just trying to reflect the very real diversity of actual fighter pilots.

What a shame, that really undermines the believability of this otherwise seamlessly realistic movie.

Oh, yeah, okay, I'm sorry. WOW! Did you see how big the Death Star 3 was? Way bigger than the first two! And way more powerful! This movie is the best yet!

Seeing tonight. Or at least was planning to. Not much point now that Ataturk spoiled it by outing the new Death Star.

    Don't worry. It's extremely anticlimactic.

    Sweet. Had fun.

Fuck the haters, I don't think you could expect the 7th installment in any movie series to be much better.

If you haven't been paying attention, I wasn't expecting it to be better.

    Also, I can't believe I missed this:
