Wait a minute.
Luke Skywalker is a Jedi?!
Get the fuck out. Thanks for ruining everything.
If all you notice in that photo is how Luke is dressed then I really don't know what to tell you. Normally I would expect guys who hang out on a forum picking apart the smallest of details in pents fits to be a little more observant.
Anyone who hasn't read the two recent EW articles on The Force Awakens should do so. They are finally starting to add detail and context to everything we have seen.
I find the information about Kylo Ren to be the most interesting. At this point I would be shocked if we don't find out he's Vader's grandchild.
I thought that was the prevailing thought anyways - Kylo = sKYwalker soLO.
Sure. It's been what most people suspect for obvious reasons. The least of which is it carries on the family legacy in an interesting way. This is just more evidence pointing in that direction.

What did you notice, then?
See my post in the comic thread in reply to the same topic. It's in spoilers and I explain it there. Don't just look at Luke. Look at what's around him and consider why he would need to be shot like that for a scene in a Star Wars film. Once you realize what they are likely filming, you realize it gives away what could end up being a really cool little scene.
I need to nerd up.
Hit me up over PM for pointers.
Other than the fact that every Jedi continues to dress like they live in a desert because that's how Ben Kenobi was dressed when he lived in a desert in Star Wars?
Maybe I'm a bit tech un-savvy, but
why would they need multiple cameras to shoot a "hologram"? You know it's not an actual hologram, right? It's just one film being projected onto another.
Regardless, how does a picture of Luke recording a hologram give away plot details?
Haven't read through the thread as I want to stay as spoiler free as possible, so I don't know if this has been posted:
Commemorative poster for the D23 Expo and not the official poster, and yes, it's by Drew Struzan.
Spoiler: I have a bad feeling about this
Not really, but I don't know anything by the new characters, and I wonder if that girl's dark eyes have any significance...
The speculation is they will use a quasi-3D type effect for the shot that require all the cameras. If you have a better guess for all the cameras I'm open to it.
Texasmade you do realize that leaking the filming of any scene in a movie is a spoiler right? That's how these things work. It's either officially given out or it leaks without permission and spoils an unknown scene
That poster looks terrible.
