Well, that's not exactly a rugby -- it doesn't have a white collar, so I'd call it a polo -- but... Rugbies are part of ivy / prep style, but so are university stripe oxfords, penny loafers, navy blazers, chinos, and crew neck sweaters. In practice, students tend not to wear ivy / prep in 2020.
