I made out like a bandit on Patrik Ervell also.

Bought the Baseball Knit, Blue Norwegian Sweater, and the Light Grey Cadet Jacket. I love this season's ervell. Would have gotten a pocket sweater too, but all the size XS is sold out of all colors. I'm thinking of buying that daypack, I might wait.

I've never owned Ervell before. If I'm normally a small in most brands (besides Japanese, I also swing medium in some Wings+Horns and BoO) would I be a small in the pocket sweater or an X-Small (given the site says they are running big?)

    Thanks

if you swing medium in any brand go for a small at the most or try a Ervell medium.

Superdenim has 30% off selected stock.

Some nice Heritage Research bits and some W&H basics.

Checked out the Spurr sale. Lots of great stuff there. I didn't pick anything up because I'm apparently right between sizes in tops and bottoms. I like the brand but I have yet to find a piece that fits me the way I want.

A size small would be best for you I believe. For reference, I am a Small in BoO, XS in Gitman, Small in W+H and an XS in most Ervell Stuff, including the Pocket Sweater.

You guys are aware that 1) sizing is somewhat inconsistent and 2) there are measurements on the website, right?

I think I'm an XS in the fair isle and norwegian, my alpaca cardigan is a size small and an XS in the pocket sweater was too short on me.

It's not really like jil where you can just take the same size all the time, go with the measurements.

It is obvious. Are you aware that 1) I asked the question because sizing is inconsistent 2) measurements aren't always correct?

When you frame statements like that you look pretty smug, but that was probably the point. You're talking down to people for asking basic sizing advice on a fashion board. Nice.
