That's a catch. Looks like 42 and 44 are IT sizes, not US.

If you select size 42 it reads "The size indicated on the product's label is 52 (IT)."

Do you have to request tbs to mark down the packages to avoid the import fees or do they automatically do that? (shipping to the US)

They don't do mark downs at all. You're expected to pay the full customs...unless you get lucky.

I am asking if the stuff gets marked down to like 20 bucks

Edit: I think I am looking at import fees of 8.5% for KVAs if I do have to pay on duties.
