Anyone able to get that 20% code for LN-CC to work?
^yes, i bought mmm cashmere gloves
did that nuji stuff with my fake facebook account and email adress
Well he does make nice shoes. First I ever heard of him was when I saw a pair of brogues. They looked amazing. From then on all i knew until a few months ago was that he had nice and expensive shoes. I've this year picked up plenty on sale, to the extent that today's flash sale looks expensive, and they're great shoes. Comparably I picked up some grensons and while the shoes were nice the fit was off. His whole personality though is a turnoff for me, but until I can get comparable shoes at these prices ill continue buying. I tend to get the more traditional looking styles though.
A lot of great stuff on Yoox.
further markdowns at LN-CC, forget nuji
His shoes are made by Sanders, a pretty decent company in Northhampton, though not by far the best. I'd say that Trickers are considerably nicer, in that "country shoe" style. What McNairy does offer are more interesting makeups. Of course, if I wanted say, a pair of standard Bertie chukkas, I'd rather just buy them Sanders, which are considerably cheaper.
McNairy footwear is solid, but the inconsistent sizing irks me to no end. The bucks fit big, boots fit small. Tricker's also has interesting makeups every season as collabs. I have no idea why folks go crazy for the Alden non-shell shoes, when Trickers can often be found for significantly lower prices.
Back when I was still into McNairy I was never really into his own designs, his collabs were better. Best ones I can recall right now were the saddles at Union LA, long wings at TBS, boots at Bodega, and definitely the EG collab
Mcnairy is terrible.
The huge, blocky heels of Tricker's render them unwearable for me. A day in them results in sore ankles (this never happens when I wear other shoes, run, bike, etc.). Aldens are much more comfortable.
francesmay has some gitman vintage shirts under 100.
I placed an order at The Corner yesterday morning, and then noticed the 20% code afterward. I sent them an e-mail asking if I could retroactively put the discount to my order, and they complied with my request, giving me a significant savings.
You must not be talking about the latest one (I believe it was FW10) because the leather used in that collab shoe was some serious plasticky piece of shait,,,,, I've seen better leather on the made in portugal/romania offerings @Aldo.....
Sunspel sale to -60%.
Still some decent styles and sizes.
20% off at the Corner for f/w items, some exclusions (Jil, Bluemarine, others). Works in the US, unlike the wishwantshop code. Free shipping.
Separate names with a comma.
