I have a similar bag in black canvas with brown leather also and saw a wool bag last night that looked great.

Generally Jack Spade's waxed canvas bags are very nice but I wouldn't say worth the $400 retail.
For half retail or so, sure.
I've owned three and still have one in everyday rotation (the other three bags are two leather billykirks and a saddleback med satchel)
