From my experience and from reading other people's accounts, any order totaling above $200 USD for END Clothing will get hit with duties. Latest data point - I placed an order for $197 with END in June 2014 shipping to Colorado and was not hit with any extra charges.

The item was a Barbour jacket, so not made in the USA. And I never got hit with duties (the day it arrived or weeks after).
