yes, MrP, matches fashion and some other smaller retailer. You really have to look through since not all goes on sale or just very limited in general

It means to make someone feel bad, embarrassed, or as if they are doing something wrong for shopping for things on sale.

Those who do the sales shaming often have vested interests: retailers and blogger/influencer types who stand to benefit from share a sale reward links in social media posts/advertisements/sponsored content.
