Does anyone else get an error message whenever they try to load the Slam Jam site? No matter what browser, I always get an "oops something went wrong, refresh please" message.

Yes. I can get around it by viewing their site on my cell phone with wifi turned off. But, it will not work on my laptop or via my cell with wifi on.

Yeah, some stores have too much security on their websites, locking out a lot of fairly common IP ranges.
