I just received my Ssense order placed after 11pm this past Sunday, July 5.

Meanwhile, the Mr.Porter order placed at 1:30pm on Friday, July 3 is still processing and hasn't shipped.

I'm not saying this to ***** for the sake of bitching -- I don't really care when my orders arrive, as long as I get them -- but I wonder at this point if they are severely short-staffed or just taking health precautions so seriously that it's having a real operational impact.

I've always been impressed that my Ssense orders seem to show up within 24 hours being that I paid $10 in shipping and it's coming from Canada to Minnesota even when it's deep sale.

If it matters, I had a July 1 order that just shipped today and is expected to arrive Thurs - so they fast tracked it to a 2-3 day service.

Like you, I'm not in a rush; it's off season stuff for the fall/winter anyway.

I used the chat feature on Mr. Porter's website and they told me that orders are taking 2+ weeks to ship. The day after, five of my orders shipped. I don't know if this had anything to do with me reaching out, but it may be worth a shot. Still waiting on an order from July 2nd to ship though.

I believe the health precaution varies with different countries base on the current situation. Since ssense warehouse in Canada and Canada coronavirus cases is far less (and decreasing) when compared to the US and the UK, which I believe is where MrP warehouse is probably located. So MrP have to take more health precautions since the cases is still on the rise in the US
