Ordered Nov 27. Ranted at them yesterday. They said it was "in the final stage of fulfillment" (lies!) and gave me 10% discount for a future order that I have to call in to use.

I have an order placed on December 5th that finally has shipped. I placed another order on December 6th and I received it over a week ago. Not sure why one is a week later.

Yeah, was going through those yesterday and people are quite upset. I guess the same thing happened last year. Been waiting ~10days for my order to ship which isn't a massive deal. Though people are complaining that even when they try to request for a refund, it's not going through - not sure how true that is though.
