I don't think so? Those kinds of laws haven't really come to speed with the internet and usually deal with printed prices and honoring them. In this case before a discount code goes live the items are just removed from sale. Every shop does it, it's another way of doing exclusions. Ie, OAKNYC just delisted all their inventory that isn't their inhouse brand, they do it every big sale because they don't need to put Rick Owens at 50% off to sell it

Best Buy and Target have Switch + Mario Kart for $300 and probably some other places too.
But you have to make sure you're getting the updated Switch model with better battery life.
Nintendo themselves were offering that deal but it was for the old model.

I bought one v2 today from Rakuten, earlier today it was $270 after tax shipped and sold out but its avail right now for $290. Amazon has it for "$310" tax shipped if you consider that you get $25 back if you find the discount code

Think the amazon deal is the best for V2. Unless you want to go for the costco bundle which has sold out.
