Probably based on return rates as well. I haven't bought that much, a by Walid vest for me and some pants for my wife, and a number of candles, but I also have a return rate of 0%.

Yeah returns don't count towards their loyalty level, I think level 3 is like 2k in 12 months so I would think I qualify. I maybe I didn't get it cos I'm the sucker paying full price....

Yeah, I'm possibly at that level. I haven't really checked. I would imagine that returns count negatively, since they cost a company money in shipping, restocking, inventory loss, opportunity time loss, etc...
