As a big fan and wearer of Boglioli's, I just snagged 8 of them in various make-ups/colors with the expectation that I'll probably keep 4. I've orderred from Threedifferent before and it was aok; and I was also in on the last round of dirt cheap Boglioli's about, what, 2 or 3 years ago?

@eyeheartny as regards the wool+faded look @rexor12 is correct; I have a number of them like that and they are flat out fantastic. One in particular you would swear is denim from the color, fade, texture, except it's wool, in the lightest and best drapey'est sense of the word if that makes sense.

They aren't what you want for polished, CBD jackets but for casual Friday and as odd-jackets they are great. Look closely - most are totally unstructured, unlined/semi-lined, very light materials, patch pockets, etc. Also, while they are a reasonably modern cut, they aren't chopped short like LBMs.

My only worry is the whole S-M-L conversion to sizes. I know they say that L=50 but I only want 50s and put it in the order notes just to be sure.

    Fingers crossed, we'll see...

I wear a Long in all my jacket sizes due to height and torso length. These will probably be too short, yes?

went in for 3 jackets, at that price it's worth the minor hassle of return shipping to Italy, especially with Paypal's $30 refund policy

    How tall are you?

I'm 6'3" and find Boglioli jackets in an IT 52 long enough to be worn casually. It might bother some traditionalists but for a casual blazer I find it "good enough."

I'm 6'2" with the torso/arm length of a 6'4" guy (short legs for my height). My chest measurement (to body, not garment) is 43.75", shoulder yoke 19". I looked on Mr Porter and it looks like the shoulder width on the Boglioli jackets is rather narrow (they were all quoting under 19") for anything under a 56, but I imagine the chest/waist would be huge on a 56. Any advice?

Yeah I wouldn't go that large - I'm about 210 lbs and fit well between their 52 and 54. Depends on your chest/shoulders I guess.

Thanks. I’m about your weight. The 54 would be the XXL, right?

I'm on the high end of normal but not quite "tall" at 6'3 with 35.5 sleeves and normally wear an EU50 (Isaia, Cucinelli, Caruso fit me perfect) - most of which are 29" or 30" in length from BOC, these should be the same. If 29" is too short for you then, yes, I'd pass.
