Lol - was just about to say the same thing. Don't bother - terrible at customer service and stock levels are not what's shown on website.

they billed me for my order plus shipping then emailed me 10 days later to say it was out of stock, refunded me 18 days later.

This season? All the previous ones I had the same experience, but after this summer they allegedly changed their stock management system. I credit the new system with finally getting an order shipped.1/4 so far.

Dealing with VAT is a huge PITA. Smaller companies like PNP outsource to an office that does that type of work, for a fee, which is why VAT deductions are not always uniform.
