Does anybody know what NdG's phone number is? So far I've called (many times):
    212 253 2707 and 212 253 2891
and for both it keeps ringing until I get a really generic phone message. Do they even answer their phones?

No, they don't answer their phones because they are too busy ignoring the customers in the store [IMG].

I find their customer service to be excellent when in store.

I wouldn't say excellent -- it's not Self Edge or Blue In Green, who make you feel like an ass if you leave without buying anything because they're so friendly -- but they're generally helpful if you ask.

I was being a little facetious...it was mainly in comparison to other stores that's all.

$50 off for every $250 spent at Ralph Lauren. Pretty lame deal at 20% off considering the recent F&F...
