Normally buy 33" or 34", even though my actual waist is 31"

i concur on isaora, i picked up the insulated shirt jacket in an XL, and it was more like a regular Medium. Just tiny. Particularly through the shoulders.

That is so weird. I bought the same pants. It seems like I have the same measurements as you too, (31" true waist, usually 33" denim and such). I even have really large thighs and calves and that was the only problem I ran into. These fit pretty damn slim but not unwearable (I think). Waist was okay. The rise is pretty big to be honest.

To bad about the Isaora Geo Pants. Was about to order them to try a Large but figure would be way to small. I am guessing though if I have a 33-34" waist I should go with Medium in the sweats?
