I wish that more companies used the Nordstrom approach. What can we do to make this a better experience v it's your fault, not ours, and we're doing ****. It's much better to invest in goodwill than foster bad. Look at what good companies are worth and how they've thrived v the companies that fail. Pretty simple actually.

If that's what you want, pay Nordstrom prices. That's the tradeoff.

anyone ever order from wrongweather.com to the US? curious if anyone got taxed by customs fees. thanks

they don't mark down. i've ordered from ww twice and i got hit with customs once. came out to like 17 bucks so i just paid it off

thats not too bad. been lucky to never get hit with customs. do they just bill you? was shipping pretty fast? thanks in advance.

fedex bills you since that's their carrier. shipping was 3 days from spain to ny

Every single time. Duties on the items (approx 20% but it depends on materials and country of manufacture) + $31 of Fedex fees for providing me with such a wonderful service
