No personal experience with them, but based on what some vendors suggest (e.g. Four Horsemen), it's fairly slim-fitted stuff.

I'd recommend the large. I'm the same size. I almost pulled the trigger on it but I've got tons of sweats. Bought out the reverse flannels instead
