Depending on the time of day, it was closed for the day when I called and there was no voicemail. Email response was fast though. Customer service was good!

Did you just call? It says their store is open till 6:30 which means another hour and a half? I think the main issue is that items are not locked in your cart with European sites so someone bought one of the Yuketens while I was checking out. Not sure how the CPs were still in my cart though

although, i did email them right after placing my order to inquire about changing it and never heard a response.
