Totally off topic, but I thought the trunk show was going to west coast in the Spring? I'd love for it to return to NYC, but you may have some mad Californians on your hands . . .

I may, but we have decided to do NYC again for a variety of reasons, starting from just the quality and availability of spaces. San Francisco sucks for space rentals. For all the Californians, April in NYC is pretty nice, imo anyway, and I'm trying to see if we can't get a travel sponsor and a group rate at a good hotel...

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Def. picking up a Moscow for next fall/winter. Given funds, I'll try to pick up a SB during spring as well.

The SB with the Arctic liner is definitely enough for winters.

Depending on where you live. In my experience, the shearling lining on the chest really helps during Chicago winters, but probably overkill for regular winters.

I pre-ordered the SB with liner in salt/pepper herringbone. :satisfied: Will report back for SW&D farmers whenever it arrives.

How warm is the Rive Gauche? Description on the NR site and baby and co says there's a detachable padded lining but I can't find any pics of the lining

Crappy photo from gym locker this morning: Norwegian Rain Moscow/EG/Howlin by Morrison/H&M/Allen Edmonds.

The Bordeaux color is still available from Norwegian Rain if you order direct from them.

It also depends on how long you are outside and how much you move.

Arctic liner + a good scarf will be quite similar in cold protection as a Moscow/Biker setup

Don't even need a shirt. I am going to cut down on carbs and focus on pecs and abs just so that I can rock this look next winter. Probably will get blogged about at Pitti.

edit: I will need a cool torso tat.
