If your iPhone 4 is new, wait for 6. It should have LTE by then.
he'll probably just make plans and then break them at the last minute.
i'll call the karaoke place and let them know you're on your way.
this one may still be LTE
I'm not making plans with Edina over here. Harvey will call me saying he's too drunk to come.
No it won't.
I agree with BGR. I'm betting on 5 as being a redesign at this point. Would be great if it had a gesture area like the Web OS Palm phones had. Screen being larger makes sense too, but don't expect it to be that much bigger. They would want to keep the current resolution of the iPhone 4 so developers don't have to re-code apps. Apple would also want to keep it a "retina display" so a certain level of pixel density is needed. Not a lot of room in terms of screen growth there to meet both criteria. Someone did the math on this a while back and figured out the largest they can go is 3.7 inches. So expect that.
yeah, you're prolly right about 4G. doesn't bother me though. i'm very rarely in a situation these days where wifi isn't present.
we can all rest easily knowing that Al Gore is confirming it as well.
-mild scarcasm- he is on the board at Apple, how, i have no idea, but i'm sure he is more plugged in that 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the world.
Well he really didn't say much... It's not a huge secret that Apple is going to have a new iPhone for this fall. No way they would miss the Christmas buying season. While his statement does seem to indicate two "new" phones, it could still mean just an iPhone 4S and re-branded, cheaper iPhone 4. Not that I think that's what they will do, but I wouldn't put too much thought into what he said.
I like how B is all of a sudden droppin news from his "developer" friend when he has never done so before, was this a match.com connection?
Anyways, I got a developer friend too at work and they don't know shit.
I think most of these people who claim to "know" are getting info from the same resources we are. Probably read it on a tech blog or something.
i've posted tidbits that he's told me before. maybe not on the iphone, but ipad maybe? can't remember.
I'm just fuckin with you but ya this guy at my work is a developer and he don't know shit.
This has to be more than a refresh. Apple has lost ground to Droid devices this year and needs to defend the throne.
If they do hit Sprint and T-Mobile this time, Apple will be on all the major US carriers. Don't be surprised if that alone makes up for any lost ground.
