Since many of the J. Crew offerings are now denoted as "a collector's item," I figured I'd start a thread dedicated to SF member's most coveted J. Crew collector's item...so, please post...I'm still pondering over my collection to come up with mine...

the russell moccasins always gave me the lulz... I was in teh flagship store and had to listen to the BS about these being "practically custom shoes" and a bargain at around $600.

just actually order real custom russell mocs/boots from the russell company for almost $200 less.

J crew actually makes collectors items that not even hold value (let alone appreciate), but are more expensive than the real thing anyway.

that is my "favorite" J. Crew collectors item.

I do remember that...didn't they say to contact the Liquor Store in the description? It was a Bubbleback...on a collector's item grosgrain strap IIRC...
