1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Saw the Mashall display and their tattoo grill cloth series. Looks like they are 7-10 years late on that ....

Aside from the JVM, Marshall hasn't put out anything of real quality in about a decade.

I don't like any hard and fast rules, but I think I'm more of a humbucker guy these days....... weird.

Did you keep the Jazzmaster wiring essentially the same (roller knobs, etc?) If so, why? I always felt they were a little much but then I never owned one. They seem a bit odd to use in a performance.

Nope. Vol, tone, p'up selector, that's it. That stuff is all taped up.

I keep my Jaguar stock though. I don't mind the extra switch, and I actually love the bass cut switch on the Jaguar, it's very useful for tone shaping.

Cool, thanks for the link! I have to say, Old Black is one of the coolest guitars of all time. Maybe the coolest.

Joe Bonomassa @ Beacon Theatre = win.
