1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I picked up a shirt there a few weeks ago fr $20. The new catalog arrived a few days later, and that shirt was in it for $95. I also got a $400 Ballard coat there a year ago for $240, which is now too big for me, after 6 months of dieting. I need to head back up there and buy a smaller size.

The first time that I hit up that outlet, almost everything in the store was an additional 30% off. According to the SA, the manager determines when those sales happen.

Visited the filson outlet store two weeks ago, Saw this limited edition bike pack. Got ok from wife to get, went back couple of days later but it was sold, clerk said they've had two, a very rare and limited Japan market item. Also included picture of their bag display. All women's wear is 80 percent off for past few weeks.

Wow, that's a really cool piece. I would have absolutely jumped on that. Knowing Filson though, for practical uses, it may not be the best cycling pack for commuting. But it'd still be a nice classy backpack to use. Not a huge fan of the rucksack. Bummer it was gone when you went back up. I've been meaning to get up there from Seattle, but keep putting it off. Seems like they always have a good chunk of product.

Does anyone have experience with the wool Filson bags? the Richard Chai x Filson rucksack to be exact. It looks nice, but wool just doesn't seem to be the kind of material you would want on the exterior of a backpack.

You can treat wool very effectively to be waterproof/water resistant. Some of them require a wash in, but many are just a topical oil treatment. A dense weave like the filson bag will be very tough but also very water resistant on its own, just make sure to dry it out of it gets wet.

Anyone here able to comment on the sizing of the Sebago collabs? Looking at the Kettle or Knight, wondering if they fit like Docksides.

I am hoping you see this. Great looking bag. Could you share where you got the wide strap? Thank you!

I just went to the outlet this weekend as well. It is what all outlet stores should be like, stocking items that are seconds, returns, and used items. I am not a fan of stores that create lines specifically for outlet stores.

I picked up a medium dufflebag for $177.

Hey, perhaps this is a wrong forum and please let me know if this post does not belong here, but I wanted to tell you guys that I had a pleasant transaction with Filson Guy, our member. I knew Filson makes good quality products and dealing with FG (as Filson Guy calls himself) was a real pleasure. If you need something from Filson, our Filson Guy seems to be the man. His prices are competitive as well and shipping is quick.

I am not affiliated with either the company or the seller; I simply wanted to give credit for a great transaction!

To those of you that are getting your jackets tailored, was it hard for the tailor to do? I'd like to get the arms and body taken in but I'm afraid a tailor will screw it up.

Does anyone know how the Seattle fit Mackinaw Cruisers fit now? I have a 42 inch chest, 40 inch torso.. would I be a medium or a large? The Filson site is maddeningly vague. :(
